Our Story

Uganda Child Hunger Relief was born out of a shared vision to address the heartbreaking reality of child hunger and malnutrition in Uganda. It all began when a group of passionate individuals witnessed the devastating effects of food insecurity on children and families in rural and underserved communities. We saw children struggling to learn, grow, and thrive simply because they didn’t have enough to eat.

Driven by compassion and a deep sense of responsibility, we came together to create sustainable solutions. What started as small, local initiatives—like community food drives and school feeding programs—has grown into a nationwide movement. Over the years, we’ve partnered with local leaders, volunteers, and global organizations to expand our reach and impact.

Today, Uganda Child Hunger Relief is more than just an organization; it’s a beacon of hope for thousands of children and families. We’ve provided millions of meals, supported agricultural projects to ensure long-term food security, and educated communities on nutrition and health.

But our work is far from over. Every day, we are reminded of the urgency of our mission and the lives that depend on us. Together with our supporters, we are building a future where no child in Uganda has to face the pain of hunger.
